1. Overview of the Fleet Service
Fleet provides a web control plane and a lightweight server agent to orchestrate application deployments onto servers and virtual machines you own and operate.
Fleet does not provide cloud compute infrastructure, virtual machine hosting, OS patching, database administration, or firewall configuration. Managing your underlying host machines remains entirely your responsibility.
2. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agent tokens.
- You must notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or security tokens.
- You must have the proper authority and permissions for any Git repositories you connect to Fleet.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Fleet to:
- Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Deploy malicious software, viruses, cryptominers, or unauthorized botnets.
- Engage in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, port scanning, or attempts to compromise other systems.
- Reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt to bypass Fleet platform security mechanisms.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Your Content & Code: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights to all application code, repositories, environment configurations, and scripts deployed using Fleet.
- Fleet Platform: The Fleet website, dashboard, API, and branding are the intellectual property of Fleet and its creators.
5. Service Plans & Usage Limits
Fleet provides a free Hobby tier and custom plans with defined usage caps (such as limits on workspaces, agents per workspace, and services per agent). We reserve the right to enforce these limits to ensure platform stability.
6. Service Availability & Disclaimer
Fleet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for maximum platform uptime and reliability, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Because application processes execute on your own servers and rely on your custom build scripts, you are solely responsible for testing and verifying your application deployments and backups.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fleet and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or service downtime arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
