Linux only for product installs. Puts fleet on PATH. Does not register or start the agent.
Root install lands in /usr/local/bin/fleet. Without sudo, the script uses ~/.local/bin and may update your shell profile PATH.
curl -fsSL https://fleet-api.byanurag.dev/install.sh | sudo sh
Download from the download page, then install manually:
chmod +x fleet-linux-amd64 sudo mv fleet-linux-amd64 /usr/local/bin/fleet fleet version
Supported now: Linux amd64 (default) and arm64. macOS / Windows are coming soon.
Re-run the install one-liner to replace the binary, then restart if the agent is already running. No re-register. Deployed services keep running. Full guide: Update the agent.
curl -fsSL https://fleet-api.byanurag.dev/install.sh | sudo sh sudo fleet restart fleet version
Create an agent in the dashboard, copy the token, then fleet register and sudo fleet start. See lifecycle and the CLI reference.
